How do I have access to the GAPhealth App?
The GAPhealth Provider App is available on the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store.
How do I set up a Provider account?
Download the GAPhealth Provider App from the App store and follow the easy-sign up process to register. You are required to submit specific documents such as (School certificate, Relevant board number, Name of Medical/Nursing/Training School, Date completed and any Government issued Id.) to be verified as a provider for telemedicine appointments. Then use the email and password you created to login.
How long does it take to get verified as a provider on the App?
Once you provide the required documentation during the sign-up process, we will work quickly to verify your account which may take 24-48 hours.
How will I get my money from appointments?
Your funds amount can be seen in your wallet and GAPhealth will transfer your funds once a week to the account you provided.
